We typically respond within two business hours, and most day-to-day issues are fixed remotely the same day. Managed support customers get priority response windows.
Both. Anyone can book one-off remote sessions, repairs, or upgrades with no ongoing commitment — home users, sole traders, and businesses alike. Businesses that want ongoing cover can also choose a managed support plan.
One-off remote support is £40 per hour, on-site visits are £85 per hour, and managed plans start from £39 per user per month. Our pricing guide sets out every option, and final pricing is always confirmed in writing before work starts.
One-off help has no minimum term or ongoing commitment. Managed plans are agreed in writing with a clear scope before any work starts, so you always know exactly what you are signing up to.
